Byron Bay Cookies: Australia's Original Cafe Cookie!
From humble beginnings Byron Bay Cookies were originally baked on an old farmhouse stove in the hills of Byron Bay, a small coastal hamlet on the most easterly point of Australia. With the region famous for its fresh ingredients and unique flavours one of the original cookie flavours, White Choc Chunk & Macadamia Nut is still one of our most popular flavours!
With hundreds of thousands of cookies baked weekly, we now supply cafes and gourmet food stores across Australia. Byron Bay Cookies are available in David Jones stores nationally, as well as Harris Farm, Bunning's Warehouse Cafes, Healthy Life, Woolworths and selected IGA supermarkets. Byron Bay Cookies have been proudly supplying Qantas since 2003, recently celebrating 10 years of being served on board Australia's most iconic airline. Byron Bay Cookies are also available on board Jetstar and Virgin Australia. International stores include Sainsbury's and Selfridges in the UK.

We are leading the way with the following initiatives:
- only Palm Oil sourced from certified sustainable suppliers is used in the manufacturing of Byron Bay Cookie Company products
- reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 86% ie. 13, 000 tonnes
- implementing a recycling plan for cardboard & plastic
- international orders now shipped by sea rather than air
- all outer cardboard and paper packaging is now bleach free and 100% recyclable
We believe it is our social responsibility to improve & develop new initiatives and products to eliminate our carbon footprint, whilst creating truly indulgent cookies.

Byron Bay Cookies is BRC & HACPP accredited and has won numerous in Australia, the UK and the USA, including medals at the Sydney Royal, Royal Hobart and Melbourne Royal Food shows, as well as receiving an export scholarship as part of the prestigious Premier's NSW Export Awards in 2012. More recently, Byron Bay Cookies won 4 medals at the 2013 Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards, including a gold medal for our Fig & Pecan cookie.
