From humble beginnings Byron Bay Cookies were originally baked on an old farmhouse stove in the hills of Byron Bay, a small coastal hamlet on the most easterly point of Australia. With the region famous for its fresh ingredients and unique flavours one of the original cookie flavours, White Choc Chunk & Macadamia Nut is still one of our most popular flavours!

With hundreds of thousands of cookies baked weekly we now supply cafes and gourmet food stores across Australia. Our cookies are available at McCafe, Michel's Patisserie, Bunning's Warehouse, Harris Farm, Thomas Dux and selected Woolworths, Coles and IGA Supermarkets. We also have stores in David Jones in the major capital cities, Costco in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra (with more to come), Qantas Airlines, Virgin Australia, Tiger and Strategic Airlines.
