From humble beginnings Byron Bay Cookies were originally baked on an old farmhouse stove in the hills of Byron Bay, a small coastal hamlet on the most easterly point of Australia. With the region famous for its fresh ingredients and unique flavours one of the original cookie flavours, White Choc Chunk & Macadamia Nut is still one of our most popular flavours!

With hundreds of thousands of cookies baked weekly we now supply cafes and gourmet food stores across Australia as well David Jones, Qantas, Virgin Blue and Rex Airlines nationally. International stores include Harvey Nichols and Selfridges in the UK as well as department stores in Asia, Japan, Middle East and North America.

The Byron Bay Cookie Company is HACCP & BRC accredited and won the NSW Telstra Small Business Award in 2001 and was a finalist in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
