The boss of the the all-Australian Byron Bay Cookie Company Gordon Slater, will be speaker at the next A List Entrepreneurs event in Sydney says Jen Bishop of Dynamic Business.

Slater joined Byron Bay Cookie Company in 2002, against the better judgment of his lawyer! His entrepreneurial instinct kicked in when, while dissecting the sale contract, his lawyer polished off an entire box of its delectable cookies.

Since then, under Slater’s leadership, Byron Bay Cookie Company has diversified its portfolio by acquiring two more brands (Luken & May and Falwasser) securing a presence on-board all Qantas flights and the Tokyo Bullet Train, and entering the UK and US markets.
