I just wanted to thank you so much for the cookies. I was with the Oprah audience from America recently in Australia. Our group was doubly blessed because we ended up in Byron Bay for 4 days. Your cookies are wonderful and the tin is so much fun. I wish you all the best. I know Oprah will love the cookies as much as we do. To all involved in the making of the best cookie I have ever eaten! I just wanted to write this to say a massive thank you for making the most delicious cookie ever! I have only just discovered your amazing cookies and I can not get enough. I have eaten one almost every day since I first tried them a month ago, and I am proud to say I am addicted. I have got as many people onto them as I can as something this yummy must not be kept a secret. My favourite is the choc chip and the dotty. I just finished one for desert then and will be looking forward to another tomorrow I would say :-)
I myself have never been able to bake anything...... cookies, cakes, puddings you name it somehow it always manages to turn out wrong....... So I could not be happier that there are people out there who can do they baking for me. I have never been a huge cookie fan probably in part to the fact that I could never bake them myself but I now am getting the new nick name of cookie monster thanks to your amazing cookies! Well, what can I say. Your Triple Choc Fudge Cookie Bar is the perfectcookie !! I loved the standard round version but after seeing it on the Jetstar snack menu earlier today I just had to have one. Much less mess in this form too so perfect for the plane. Great stuff, keep up the good work. The Triple Choc Fudge Cookie is my favourite snack food and thanks to your product placement in local cafes & restaurants etc. I can easily indulge at most places I go to. Thanks, Steve.

hi guys, i am one of those people who do like to complement a company when I buy something which completely meets expectations. Your cookie bar I bought on a jetstar flight. Seriously guys this is a yummy winning product at a very affordable price. I usually buy 2 on each flight one for flying and one to stash away for later just love 'em - Carmel

On a recent flight back from Sydney I was fortunate enough to be offered a light refreshment consisting of a beverage and snack. Expecting a slice of cheese and three crackers I was surprised to receive a Sticky Date and Ginger Cookie kindly provided by the Byron Bay Cookie Company.
The cookie was visually appealing, presenting a flawless display of manufacturing process, not only isolated to the cookie itself but the package in which it was housed. The smell, offering an aroma of dates and ginger, was extremely inviting. Also evident, the subtle smell of spices, confirmed by the ingredients listed on the rear. Taste was marvelous, reminding me of mums' home cooking.
I thank you for producing a product so delicious. The Sticky Date & Ginger Cookie was the perfect accompaniment to an already perfect weekend spent in Sydney with my gorgeous girlfriend - Daniel

Hello Delicious Cookie Makers! Today is officially one of the most delicious days I've had in quite some time. I recently began my gluten/yeast free 'lifestyle change' and a workmate puchased a Byron Bay Cookie for me in recognising my new food directions and I have been blown away! I didn't know any cookie (gluten free or not) would be THAT delicious. I devoured the white choc chunk & macadamia nut cookie! I love all Gluten Free Byron Bay products! They are always fresh and full of flavour. Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee. I took a cookie bar on a flight recently when I knew the snack the airline provided would not be gluten free – perfect handbag size! I found the cookie bar at the Byron Bay shop in Brisbane airport and when my Mum was there not long after me, I instructed her to get me a supply for the pantry!

I travel allot due to my job and have always enjoyed Bryon bay cookies with a coffee during my flights especially the TRIPLE CHOCOLATE FUDGE, the cookie bar is a great idea, keep up the good work !! - Tony

Just wanted to comment on your new 'cookie bars'. I had one the other day and it was delicious! Great for a treat on the run. I also introduced my friend from Sydney to your cookies at Ballina Airport the other day, and she said she had never tasted a cookie quite like it, and now she is hooked! I am proud to introduce my friends to your cookies because of the good quality, and also because im proud to live so close to where they are produced. Hi Byron Bay Cookies! I just wanted to drop a line to tell you I'm a big fan, and the best thing about flying with Virgin Blue is the opportunity to buy your delicious White Chocolate and Macadamia cookies. I'm not sure if the little business-type card in the bottom of the 3-cookie packet is new, or I was more observant during my recent flight, but I noticed the card with the details of your website etc and HAD to have a look. On recent holidays in Queensland and waiting for our flight home from Brisbane airport i purchased some gluten free cookies(also during the flight with Jetstar purchased the Byron Bay gluten free cookie bar) and i must say i prefer the bar to the round cookie. They taste the same but i like the the bar for the shape and the convenience when putting in your handbag and the cookie was less likely to break and crumble in the packaging and it still had shape about it and not just turned to crumbs like the round cookie does on occasions. - Libby
