Lavazza Barista Challenge

Byron Bay Cookie Company boss Gordon Slater was invited along to the Lavazza barista challenge, where accomplished baristas from all over Australia battled it out to make the perfect cup of Lavazza coffee.

The event took place at the Opera House and the day was a great success.
