Our cookies are works of art...

At Byron Bay Cookies Company. we are passionate about creating beautiful cookies for all to enjoy. Made with wholesome ingredients and free from preservatives and artificial flavours, our cookies and biscuits are still baked to perfection using artisan methods perfected over the last 20 years.

We commissioned Teresa Foulkes, a local artist from Byron Bay and employee of Byron Bay Cookie Company to create a piece of art using only...cookie ingredients. She managed to turn a blank canvas into a delicious-looking artwork, using ingredients such as the famous chocolate dottys used in our Dotty Cookie and locally grown macadamia nuts. All in all 20 different ingredients went into the making of our 'Cookie Lady'.

The 'Cookie Lady' will be on display at Fine Food Australia from 5-8 September.
