Byron Bay Cookie Company may revise these terms and conditions from time to time in order to ensure the highest level of protection for our users and to comply with legislation.

Christmas Deliveries

Byron Bay Cookie Company values all our loyal customers and at this time of year we strive to deliver the quality of service we offer thoughout the year, however due to the busy Christmas period we cannot guarantee all orders placed after 1st December will be received before Christmas Day. This is partly due to expected delays with Australia Post over the holiday period. 

Please be patient with us and we will try our best to get orders dispatched as soon as we can. Please note that we cannot offer any refunds for orders delivered after Christmas Day.

Privacy Policy

Byron Bay Cookie Company values the protection of your privacy, and treats your personal information with the highest levels of confidentiality.  

Information that you supply directly, such as through an online order, joining our Newsletter database or through general enquiries, is used only to provide the best service to our customers and personal information is always stored securely. All data collected, whether directly or indirectly, is used only by Byron Bay Cookie Company and is never provided to any other party without your permission.

Purchasing and Payment

When placing an order on our website, we record sufficient personal details to confirm your identity, and to ensure we send goods to the correct address. At no time do we record your credit card information on our site. When you purchase goods at www.cookie.com.au your payment details are processed securely by our secure payment gateway which has the highest possible level of certificate and Secure Socket Layer security. We keep a secure record of your payment details until the point your order is packed and dispatched, to assist with any changes to your order. After your order is processed, your payment details are not stored in any form.

We reserve the right to use or disclose any information without notice or consent as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request; to conduct investigations of consumer complaints or possible breaches of law; to protect the integrity of our site and our property; to protect the safety of our visitors or others; to fulfill your requests; or to cooperate in any legal investigation.

Product Availability

Whilst we make every effort to ensure availability of all products shown on this site, at any one time there may be items unavailable. If a purchase of an unavailable item is made, the purchaser will be offered the choice of a full refund, or to choose another product.

Shipping

Byron Bay Cookie Company ships domestically & internationally using Australia Post for all deliveries. The shipping cost is automatically calculated according to the correct weight of your purchase during the shopping process. You will see the relevant charge before your payment is required.

All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of your order being placed. Delivery via Australia Post within Australia takes between 2-5 working days after the order has been dispatched, depending on your location. Please expect longer delivery times in peak periods such as the Christmas Holidays.

Byron Bay Cookie Company offers free shipping on orders of AUD$100 or more.

Return Policy

If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us on 02 6639 6300 within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost. We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect products ordered. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, Byron Bay Cookie Company will replace the product at no additional cost.
